Wise tech float an interesting benchmark

whilst an ipo and an rto are different structures they bring about roughly the same outcome in that we
End up with a new asx listing ,a quick look at the figures for the wise tech ipo ,show a ebitda of around $11 m
And a listing valuation of somewhere between $700 m and $1 b
Psf have cancelled a $7 m dollar raising which implies that it's ebitda could be somewhere between
$2m and above ,anywhere up to $7 m ,should the higher figure apply ,you do the maths in relation
To where it's market cap should be,yesterday's sell off is a major opportunity.
A conservative valuation in my mind would see psf valued around $100 m
