people don't calculate market cap based on current # of shares, but on # of shares post-acquisition, which is 2 billion

so the 100m market cap would result in share price of around 5c , which wouldn't be too unreasonable compared to other tech RTOs, but it is unlikely to get there without a significant announcement


I'm excluding the 500m performance shares from the calculation
