Performance shares are VERY significant yes, and it looks very promising, I am in no way disputing that

This is a great buy in the 2-3c range imo if you are patient enough to hold for 6-12 months.

Short term nobody can really predict which way the price may go, since individual traders move the price in the short term and not company fundamentals.

But medium/long term there's no doubt this is a great and promising investment.
