WHOAH.
I hadnt seen this website!!! Having worked in finance for 4 decades, I've never seen a finance company be brave enough, or frankly GOOD enough, to pull off a website like this. Its really something amazing in this industry, and they're just leaps and bounds above their competitors arent they? I'm actually a bit blown away by how good this site is, its better than most big consumer facing global companies, and I can only think of Apple as the nearest example to getting design this good right.
Compare this to any bank in Australia's website, and no wonder consumers are flocking to this thing. They really should be much more active in consumer marketing, that would be my only comment. With a brand and digital experience THIS GOOD, and so far above everyone else, they should be plastered around everywhere.. but Im not marketing expert, so maybe they dont think big mass advertising is worth it.
