Thanks for posting tektron. Did they give an estimate on when they 'think' the $1.10 SP might be reached?

1. "Should Carbon Energy’s underground coal resources be officially converted into gas reserves, the share price could experience a significant re rating." ...... " UCG has yet to be established as a commercial alternative for local gas production." ...... Yes this is what the market is waiting for.

2. "However with recent production tests proving successful, this could change."...... Could and Should IMO. All looking good so far.

2. "The lack of near term earnings is a key risk as the company is likely to require more capital in 2010." ...... Yes this is something that will cause the SP to bounce around short term. Long term view is nothing to worry about.

3. "Depending on the sales price (current domestic average = $3GJ), payback for each panel should occur within two years." ........ Interesting. I think from current Government approvals this is refering to the 30MW power station they are meant to be constructing and operating early next year to sell into the local grid. (which is similar to AOE's 30MW power station).
