I use Etrade and they get no IPO's.. so I just go for the ones that offer to the general public however will pickup others post IPO if I feel they are still worthwhile... have had to do that with SLC, VIT and REV. Had a buy in for RFN at around 24c but was not willing to move my buy up to 26c and as such that got away from me :-(. The thread I initiated below shows what I know of to be the top 10 IPOS for 2015 as of 31/12. Half of them were available for people like me and you. Some very decent advice given on these IPO forums by many regular members (fundamental and technical)... so take it all in and use your best judgement.
