I see in yesterdays AFR there is an article about Freight forwarding firm Mondiale VGL alleging that WiseTech began billing it for an additional product – Container Automation. It will work its way through the court or more likely settle out of it but I hope RW and team know what they are doing as this is the sort of thing that will attract the attention of the ACCC. The platform effect is definitely starting to get into gear which is fantastic but that also brings with it more oversight and the need navigate that carefully.
