Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received advice from many members over the last 24 hours having difficulties accessing and experiencing "freezing " issues when using *CargoWise.
*CargoWise is the operational software application hosted by WiseTech Global used by the majority of Australian freight forwarders / customs brokerages.
Advice received this morning from WiseTech Global is that they have identified an issue with Microsoft and are implementing a workaround which is expected to return performance to previous levels.
At the time of releasing this update, members are reporting a continuation of major technical problems.
We will maintain direct contact WiseTech Global executive and will keep members up to date with developments.
