You can open as many accounts as you like. At the end of the day if you do no business on the accounts you will still get no allocation (unless it’s a bad deal in which case you get as many as you want) ure just wasting everyone’s time.
A broker will not give you stuff just cause you have opened an account when they have another client who pays them tens of thousands a year.
