Carmen downrampers are not a issue!
They can only do so much damage in a short amount of time.
If the company is solid fundamentally or has prospects that can't be ignored the broader market will push it up.
From my experience it seems ultimately the fundamentals drive the price and not a small amount of downrampers-they simply don't match the power of the broader market.
