Guys just from a website regarding requirements to list on the nasdaq. One piece caught my eye (2nd last line re: CFO). Todays ann means imo we have to be extremely close to listing on the nasdaq.
A prerequisite for being a listed company is that the members of the board and persons with
managerial responsibilities in the company have a sufficient degree of experience and
knowledge in respect of the special requirements for such companies. It is equally important
that such persons also understand the demands and expectations placed on listed companies.
It is neither mandated nor warranted that all members of the board possess such experience
and competence, but the board needs to be sufficiently qualified based on an overall
assessment. As regards the management, at least the CEO and CFO must be sufficiently
qualified in this respect.
