intentions to rob a bank with a gun... jail punishment for 5 years,
on the corporate scene.... letter of intent to acquire...
such and such.. for a consideration..
price go up 100 % , insiders sell in the pumps..
placement at higher price,, to take some more money...
fully legals and ASIC cannot pass that as an insider crime..
there are LOTS OF CROOKS IN THE MARKET WAITING FOR PUNISHMENTS
