Quarterly in the next 2 business days; it will offer good clues about ongoing performance and the probability of achieving future goals. On reflection, I think Theta only raised an acquisition proposal so they could issue their own shares and end up with FML shares that they could later sell in the market without the need for a CR. Could that be true? I mean the company couldnt possibly be sold without SD's approval being such a major shareholder, so why would Theta have bothered.
