Has anyone ever considered this technology may be real, and it's complexity is the cause of the delay's and our subsequent frustrations?
In the day and age of companies wanting to avoid bad publicity (read shonksters), why would The Tolly Group, BSTZ and Minter Ellison deal with these guys? Have they also been stooged? Does the fee stream they are earning outweigh bad publicity? I think not. Are they working for nothing? I doubt it.
What about the directors? They haven't raised enough money to leave the country/retire to the Bahamas. Besides, after payment of legal fees/patents/test reports there would be nothing left. Have they gone through 3.5 years of hell (and today's baking) all for nothing. It doesn't make sense.
