Looks like it doesn't matter how much crap,broken promises and misleading information is fed to shareholders,as long as the company gives the asx the required reports on time,everything else is okay.
The regulators are only interested in the big time boys like bond,skase rivkin etc etc.
Doubleuj....I can't be sure which way the coin will come up when the announcement comes out hopefully by wed next week. But I feel confident that the next announcement will end once and for all , all the uncertainty that we have had to put up with over last few years.
The only thing that puzzles me is ...What could have cropped up between the 18/8 and 1/9 that would need attention and hence a deferral of relisting.
And I can't see how it would be anything to do with their disastrous prelim report.
The asx should have been aware of their financial position etc before granting them lifting of the suspension.
