    well, it anyone from BPT is reading this, I would be happy to take BPT scrip, provided a decent premium to the current ICN SP was offered.
    And I have a reasonably good sized holding in ICN.

    It simply makes much more sense for 218 and 855 to be consolidated within a single structure, then developed jointly.
