I agree a 25% LVR looks pretty pedestrian to me as well. Looks more like the Bank of Mum and Dad with the advantages of a market interest rate of 3.75% and no Domacom 0.088 on the total asset value per annum. IMO a pretty easy risk return scenario.
As requested, no I'm not a financial advisor just a mere chartered accountant with a lot of Banking background. Sorry I'm not a technology expert, because otherwise i might be at a loss.
