    Great write up on DomaCom in the AFR.

    Debt is definitely a gamechanger. Think about what the property market would be like with no access to debt - that's what DomaCom has been facing in the past. Adding debt to the platform has now fundamentally changed the entire SMSF property market and DCL's investment value IMO.
