So I read Liberty have been doing smsf property lending for many a year. So why the domacom headline. I gather it will allow domacom to syndicate the same product superconcepts , but at a much lower LVR max 60%.vs 90%. Has anyone done the breakeven calc for a positive cash flow on a resi lend and equate that to a LVR for DCL IMO I would guess that in order to get a positive flow you might need to get a break point of 25% LVR. Despite positive news yesterday SP still down almost another 5% following yesterday's 16%. Now trading at SP 10 cents.
