I don't understand your problem with APIs debt. Its about $21M on an underlying profit of $65M. Hardly "significant". Last profit was reduced by write-offs of "Intangible assets impairment" ($59M) and, as you say, "Non-current receivables impairment" ($52M). They had $23.4M in cash, so the debt is actually covered.
