I don't follow Qantas closely, and agree that a lower oil price obviously reduces their costs. However with all the mishaps Qantas have had lately I would be hesitant about buying their stock as their reputation may be damaged. Also with rising unemployment I would have thought this would have a negative impact on their revenue. I personally wouldn't be game to short it at these low levels but the above mentioned concerns stop me from buying.
