    ...Its a pretty simple takeover EXACTLY the same conditions to LRC...
    ...ASIC would have signed off on thsi seeing no problems with it whatsoever....
    ...NOW it is up to US SHAREHOLDERS to accept or HOLD OUT for a BETTER deal...its our CHOICE...no one is forcing us....its great to know SBL are WANTED and LOVED something it certainly wasnt before last Friday...
