    MoneyHound,

Mainly agree with what you said, other than the fact that there is a SPP yet to be concluded for PLT.

However, what you said in principle is correct. Whilst Polartechnics have enough to get them through to break-even / profitability with the proceeds of a recent convertible notes issue + whatever they get for the SPP, if they wait for significant profit to accumulate before funding a worldwide rollout of their products, they would miss the boat. The cash from FER allows them to really get the revenue & profit happening when they really need it.

As you say, this will then be available for FER at the point in time when they are ready for a serious & large-scale rollout.

The article is not a good look, and will sound ghastly to FER holders. However, the reality is truly a marriage of convenience for both parties, for timing as well as the usual synergies etc.

    Cheers.

p.s. Malmanu, Decan, & anybody else being TOU'd ... do the crime, you do the time. You can argue technicalities for why it happened, but you are the guys who continually downramp, and I think in most cases it's a matter of 'take your pick' for why a moderator can choose to moderate your posts. Go and try to find a happy place somewhere, or failing that you can suck on a lemon and enjoy your bitterness!
