Ok guys, woteva is correct!
There were a few issues, however fortunately for the Company and the shareholders those issues have now been resolved and a meeting of minds has occurred. Specifically what those issues were we won't know unfortunately although I did try to find out, lol! The Company has managed to save some cash & other resources by not calling that particular meeting too imo.
The Company is moving forward into probably its best 'state of play' and position in quite some time with the Pardoo project where we beat Twiggy in the lucky-dip, income from the options of nearly $11m in the bank which is earmarked for drilling, our new large shareholder Haoning Group, and of course iron ore prices - things are starting to look rosy for JMS atm imo.
Anyways that's as much as I can provide on the Tweety report for now, lol. Good luck to all holders!
