Thank you to all who voted against the consolidation. It just shows what shareholders can do, when they get together.

I am afraid that the announcement still raises more questions......

Why not just cancel the meeting altogether? The ratification of the share placement is supposedly only a "administrative issue." Is it or is there something not being announced?

This item only needs 50% of votes counted, and they are now saying anyone who was making special travel plans does not need to. I would only make such a statement, if the entire meeting was cancelled.

I have the perception that something is not right here, and I would like the company to come clean on why the meeting is still proceeding.
