    so if the only other vote item remaining at EGM is ratification of past securites...

    *i was told it was only included as a resolution item at EGM because they were having the mtg for the other special resolution of a consolodation

    *why we having an EGM at all now?

    why wouldnt the egm just be cancelled? and the ratifciation item just occur at AGM?
