exactly highlanda! We're only half-way there. People who have said they're able to get to the meeting please do -the 2nd proposal [supposedly "tagged on to the first"] needs to be voted against. Leave it for the AGM in Nov. [only 4 months away]. There is NO need to vote for it now.

The Meeting should be cancelled altogether. Pursuing the 2nd proposal is quite odd as Shareholders were told it wasn't really required! What is the real purpose here? Does the 2nd proposal benefit OUR Company, all Shareholders, or some Shareholders?
