IMO this is not over by any means. CGNP has reserved the option to do the same deal or make a lower offer in 3mths. BUT they reserve the right to pounce if any changes happen to the shareholdings of KAH, EXT or Husab. Obviously they are very concerned that their action today might inspire RIO and others to alter their ownership of KAH and EXT to prevent possible 50% ownership of Husab by CGNP.
IMO this is not over by any means. CGNP has reserved the option...
