Excuse my ignorance but doesn't this just mean that the whole process has just been sped up??
CGNPC Uranium Resources lower offer has now been rejected and so instead of waiting until the 17th June which was the extended deadline for the lower offer to be accepted that the higher offer must now be accepted or they can make like a tree and leave??
This has just placed a floor on the price of future offers IMHO.
Not a bad thing after all.
