Trouble is they’re suing in court now instead, apparently. Clearly they knew the Govt Acc Office was not going to allow their protest as the grounds were insufficient.

I don’t rate Eastern’s chances in court at all and think it’s purely sour grapes they are doing this. Nevertheless the downrampers will all have their say and the market isn’t a fan of more litigation and uncertainty.
