Good news. It looks like Eastern’s Federal Court action won’t be against Austal at all - it’s the US Coast Guard they will have to sue:

“...Eastern’s action in the Court of Federal claims is not an appeal related to the bid protest. It is a new proceeding challenging the agency’s procurement award decision.”
A great way for Eastern to maintain and further cultivate a good relationship with an existing client (USCG)... not!
