The decision not to proceed with the proposed share consolidation follows an opportunity to canvass a cross section of Nido’s shareholder base. Following this consultative process, the Board of Nido has decided not to put resolution 4, as detailed in Nido’s Notice of Annual General Meeting, to shareholders.
