Interesting announcement, but geez I wish they would have given more details, like as in why. Think we all agree additional funding is required, but where is it to come from?
Also surely they would have reviewed their funding options and sought advice from its corporate advisors prior to deciding on the SPP. I wonder what has happened in the last 24 hours to change their minds.
Guess until the quarterly report comes out all we can do is speculate.
