Did also note that Rennis, the last date for payment is 5th of Feb. I tendered all mine at 15%, the way I see it (based on $1.09 NTA) this will deliver a base price of 92.6c. Happy to wait to Feb to receive this, cant see the share price doing anything near that soon. In saying that, I'm extremely bullish on NCM but knowing LRF managment I would suggest that selling NCM will be the easy method to cash up for this sale.
