    eg SDL from $0.60 to $0.08
    DML from $1.80 to $0.03

    So many bulls trapped in. They wanted to get out - SP would be much lower than the starting point.
    UBS was too bullish
    Now the Consortium comprising Pacific Equity Partners and KKR Asia Limited did not submit an offer at all. Even did not offer lower price. These experts spent so much time and had a good reserch.
