Given the ann was a full 6 days after the Pres Elections and well after the Sandy - there was plenty of time prior to 13Nov ann to withdraw.
On the day of 13Nov resuming with ann, the SP fell through the 4.30 C/R floor. I'm guessing this triggered the late withdrawal as it might have been a caveate.
Either way, the result is more indication of how fickle financial firms are, and not indicative of how CDU has been performing recently in getting on with the job.
A drop in SP was to be expected given the drop in the copper price.
