If your shares are registered on CHESS through your broker just notify them with your change of address. This updates all the share registries, so when they're paying dividends and they see an address outside Australia they'll automatically take the withholding tax out.

If your shares are issuer sponsored you'll have to notify the registries directly for each individual parcel.
