Ok, Ok. I screwed up. So no lecturing please. I recognize my stupidity so no need to reinforce it.
But, 5 months ago, I bought some income producing stock. And because I am cruising on a sailboat it slipped my mind to go onto the Computershare website and supply my TFN.
Anyhow, there's about $12K removed for withholding tax because of this oversight on my part.
Can I get it refunded now? If so how?
Or is it lost until the ATO return it to me next September.?
