    Not sure what you call luxurious ? pretty standard wage for her title/industry etc, if anything a touch on the low side !

    You must be referring to the options she holds in regards to her retirement, and yes I would have to agree she will be very wealthy.

    Next top 40 will be interesting, I'm going with an educated guess that the top holders have been increasing, you might ask yourself why ?
