A very sensible post andrew. You are spot on. The way markets are, $1.15 might just about get AGM. How much would AGM be worth without the bid right now? 50c tops. Therefore ZFX are paying a very big premium even at $1.00. I'd be happy with $1.20. Very happy.
The worry for me is that the longer the markets get trashed, the more likely ZFX will just say $1.00 unconditional and that's it. Take it or leave it. most would bail given there is no other bidder. Your choice is take $1.00 NOW or reject it and watch the price lose 50% overnight. I know what most would do.
