it won't matter if you put the major parties last. (Unless everyone did it). Your no 1 vote will keep getting transferred all the way down the list to one of the major party's at the bottom when the minor parties you voted for don't get enough votes. And one of the major party candidates will get voted in. Then your vote is pretty much wasted and your say doesn't count. That's the great preferential voting system we have!
