The minor parties will share preferences and people will follow these. Enough minor party candidates will get elected, and we will have a parliament in which the government will need to respect their views. This is so important for Australians. Never will freedoms be abused again.
So, it is absolutely not a waste to vote for these solid minor parties.
Everyone should vote for the Liberal Democrats, the UAP and One Nation, wherever they filed candidates. Both for the lower and upper houses.
It is a waste to vote for the independents though - they are small, have no policies, and are sneaky vote for the ALP, which would be disastrous. The ALP are authoritarian and will kill the country.
