A story can be both consistent and fictional. Consistency is not a measure of truth.
What is written is not evidence for the truth of what is written.
That a work of fiction includes real places and real people does not prove the reality of the fictional elements of the story.
This should not have to be pointed out time and again. It's basic logic.
