predicted action and content of good v bad announc

Hi, first post from mining/oil novice. I'm thinking of buying if there's good news tomorrow. I have a few questions if people could please give their opinions.

What will a good vs bad announcement look like? Will it be clear whether it is good or bad news, or do we need to know what figures constitute as good/bad? I.e. will there be words to the effect of "GDN is excited/pleased/very pleased with the results" or "The pressure is xyz PSI?"

I'd like to be able to read the announcement and know (ballpark) what that means for the share price (ok I understand that might be a very detailed/hard question). Since I'm planning on buying on good news I just want to know, say if it opens at $1.50 after "good news", whether thats the start of a big climb or the top (yes I know its impossible to tell, but I'm asking this in respect to my above sentence/question). I did a similar thing to this with Minotaur, I heard the good announcement, bought a stack and sold it a couple days later. I guess I've just heard everything from $1.20 to $50 thrown around on these forums as a result of a possible good announcement tomorrow and would like to know when I read the announcement what it will mean for the share price with some degree of accuracy.

Yeah I'll probably be on here hitting refresh furiously in the morning to see what you people think also :)

    Cheers,
    Jay
