Of course I don't own any, I'm going to be looking for a potential entry when 90m in shares are issued in the near future @ 1.9c per share, not to mention another 90m in oppies that will be near the money right now. Both of these severely cap further upside. I might crunch the numbers and calculate the fully diluted market cap of KAI at current prices I think later today.

Where is the flawed logic in that? Of course juniour resource companies have to raise money, and many times it's at the expense of current holders if they cannot participate in the raising (ala sophisticated shareholders from CPS capital getting all the 1.9 c shares and free options.)

I'm only highlighting the facts so we all have a chance at making a buck.
