Excellent stuff here @Spectre888. There have been other posts on ARV and CAI threads in recent times that are worth a browse to add to your research. @salpetie 's posts 27108225 and 27145179 add depth to the thinking on the Wits style around Purdies and are well worth a read. The uncertainty also of the stratigraphy across the Basin is evident from mapping and field observations. Your pinpointing of the Hardey formation is key, and I will follow this up with some research over the weekend, particularly on CAI tenements.
