One has to follow logic. A KAI investor or shareholder does not know as much as KAI management.
KAI had Pilbara tenements before raising $1.7 million @1.9c
One has to question as to why KAI management will place shares @1.9 when there are potential presence of gold in conglomerate formation in huge quantity.
Gold occurs in felsic rocks in association or with in qtz veins. It is not unusal if gold is occurring in sediments but it must have originated from qtz-felsic rock type via leaching.
So, it is potentially possible that gold may be present in KAI conglomerate formation but keep in mind that nothing is proven at this stage. Lot of work needs to be done. KAI tenements are significant distance away from ARV tenements.
So, it is all speculations and no confirmation.
