Oh the joys of giving up smoking.............like JC I have given up several times over the years but the longest I went was around 2.5 years. I have managed to cut back to 3 a day for years now but thats as good as it gets. I am considering hypnosis as a friend who smoked heavily gave them away after 1 session and has not picked one up since, which was over 4 years ago......By the way I took up smoking again while trading forex :{
