Read this on a report this afternoon:

The US is in a VERY STRONG, (their caps/bold) seasonal period over the Thanksgiving period, since 1987, the DOW has risen 15 of the last 25 years, or, 60% of the time, over the Thanksgiving week, including the following Monday {ie will be the 5 trading days from Monday 16th Nov - Monday 26th Nov}.

But - over the last 6 years - this has not worked - & instead has been negative & and thus the win rater has dropped from 78% to 60%.

So, will this year be the year when the trend is re-established!

Also, over the last 18 years, the Dow has risen the day before {this will be Wednesday in the US}& the day after {will be the 1/2 day trade in the US on Friday} 11 times or 61%of the time.
