The TSF is major cost barrier in funding as it’s not like you can pick it up sell the it if off piece by piece…Having higher grades Lindi has greater advantage in costs reduction once again over low strip ratio projects…Strip ratio at Lindi is 4:1 tons of meaning 4 tons of material moved for 1 ton of Head grade product…So you will see a reserve stockpile with grades from 4-10% TGC which my never be processed depending on company direction and market conditions…The cut off grade for Lindi is 10% TGC

Out of every ton of material moved only one ton will be processed of which 18% is expected to be product and the other 82% as waste for the TSF…

The backend of the project that never gets discussed…The grade is 5% TGC

If a project for example had a low strip ratio you will hear the pumpers say how good it is when the opposite is true…1:1 simply means out of every 2 tons moved 1 ton will go through the plant…The cut off is 2% meaning 98% of the material moved goes through the process plant and 95% of that is waste material heading towards the TSF

Not only are you running more material through the plant your yield is less than a quarter of the higher grade project at 18%TGC
